What is a credit?

A credit is used each time we successfully find contact information for a property owner through skip tracing. If we cannot find a match, you are not charged a credit.

Do I get charged for misses?

No. You only spend credits on successful skip trace hits. If we cannot find contact information for a record, no credit is deducted.

What happens when I run out of credits?

If your monthly credit allotment is exhausted, automatic overage billing activates at your plan's per-credit overage rate. You can disable this in your billing settings if you prefer to wait for your next monthly reset.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How does skip tracing work?

Our skip trace engine delivers high hit rates. You only pay for successful matches.

What is list stacking?

List stacking is the process of combining multiple property lists to find addresses that appear on more than one list. Properties appearing on multiple distressed lists (e.g., tax delinquent AND pre-foreclosure) signal more motivated sellers.
