1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealEstateListBuilder.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealEstateListBuilder provides skip tracing, list stacking, and data management tools for real estate investors. The Service allows users to upload property lists, run skip traces through multiple data providers, and manage contact information for marketing purposes.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when skip trace lookups return results. Unused credits may or may not roll over depending on your plan. You are responsible for monitoring your credit usage. Overage charges apply when you exceed your plan's monthly credit allocation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use data obtained through the Service for harassment, stalking, or any illegal purpose.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate skip trace data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data returned by the Service. You are responsible for verifying data before use and complying with all applicable laws regarding contact information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by RealEstateListBuilder. You retain ownership of the data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealEstateListBuilder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
